Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our class platform. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Class Packages

• Purchased class packages are valid for one (1) month from the date of purchase.

• After one month, any unused classes will expire and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Classes can be rescheduled or canceled at no additional cost, as long as we are notified at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.

• Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a completed class and will be deducted from the package.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are not available once a class package has been purchased, except under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the company.

​

4. Responsibility

• We are committed to providing quality classes and respecting agreed schedules.

• We are not responsible for interruptions beyond our control (for example, technical issues on the student’s side).

 

5. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
